Just like last year, the manfriend and I went to visit the butterflies at Wisley. Butterflies are the only insects I can stand. I’m getting better with moths, but their fluffy antennae have a lot to do with that. It was much busier than last year, we had to queue for 50 minutes to get in, and typically by the time we left there was no queue at all!
I have to say my favourite part of the day was seeing someone try and take a photo of a fluttering butterfly on an iPad. Now thats some dedicated photography, coming from the girl who just held the shutter down and hoped for the best. I endeavour to use some of the new auto focus functions, just as soon as I work them out!
