They’ve finally opened up the balcony level at Waterloo. I can definitely see myself standing up there watching how people manage to form queues even in the craze of rush hour! It also doesn’t hurt that they’ve opened a new Yo! Sushi up there….
*le sigh* Its gonna be SO busy on Monday.
