I convinced myself to try Sushi instead of katsu curry when we went to Yo! Sushi the other day. Cucumber maki. I thought I’d start with the vegetarian and work my way up to fish! So far my Yo! Sushi does the best (and most expensive!) followed my Marks & Spencers, see photo below for
